With a mix of open meadows and manicured gardens, as well as plenty of secluded spots, Regent’s Park is another great option in the heart of the city. Many people choose an early morning session here, with the sound of birdsong and the glow of the rising sun creating the perfect setting.

Hampstead Heath
For those who want to head out of the city a little, Hampstead Heath provides a wilder landscape that has sweeping views of the cityscape from Parliament Hill.
